  • Support in the introduction of customer and prospect profiling
  • Lead creation of end user documentation for CRM
  • Develop and optimise CRM processes to improve business performance.

  • Commitment to data quality, reporting and business process
  • Experience of training a user group on how to use and adopt a CRM
  • Experience of ensuring full adoption of the CRM by the stakeholder group and establishing a best practise model to CRM management

  • Proven problem solving skills and ability to “find answers” to commercial questions through the extrapolation and interrogation of data
  • Appreciation of customer marketing, helping to identify market opportunities from the database.
  • Commercially minded and be able to demonstrate how you have added strategic value in your previous roles
  • Experienced in leading and working on project delivery, with evidence of how to do this well and hit deadlines or project milestones.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to influence stakeholders at every level of the organisation
  • Self-starter who is flexible and able to work with minimum of supervision and clearly articulate their point of view to both prospects and developers
