As an Implementation Consultant, you will be configuring and implementing our e-recruitment technology for our prestigious and customer base, with a focus on high quality of service. Our Implementation Consultants work with other team members to deliver implementations ensuring that the scope, quality and budget expectations of our customers are met. Some of our customers include Marks and Spencer, JP Morgan and significant public sector bodies.

We run a structured on-boarding programme designed to deliver strong product and business knowledge.  The programme lasts between 4 and 12 weeks depending on your level of experience, after which you will be ready to get involved with our customers.

Our quality control teams are a key interface to make sure that all our work is tested and error free at the point of release to a client.

Comfortable with taking the initiative and leading. When working with customers you will be running requirements gathering and design meetings, and should be comfortable at times leading and playing an active role in those meetings, plus sometimes running training sessions for small and medium-sized groups.

  • You will have experience working with technology platforms, and ideally this will include HR, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent Management technology, whether at a technology firm, in an outsourcing or services organisation, or within an HR or HRIT role. However, we will happily consider individuals who have not worked within these sectors.
