Our Account Managers work with a portfolio of client and prospects of WCN, to provide them with high quality customer service, commercial advice, strategic support, and expert e-recruitment product knowledge, to ensure lasting, stable and profitable business relationships.

This role requires an individual who is focussed on both client satisfaction and sales growth within their client portfolio, and is able to work towards monthly targets to drive success and growth.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding and strong interest of recruitment strategy and how you would be able to support your client group.

  • Pro-actively propose value added solutions to the client either in proposals or in response to client tender documents.
  • Proactively respond to client issues to prevent any damage to reputation and escalate accordingly.
  • Produce regular reports to track activity and establish best practice into assigned accounts.

  • Update account plans regarding revenues and opportunities to be discussed at regular bi-weekly meetings with management.
  • Management of any external providers who are integrated within the WCN portal for your client portfolio.
  • Significant experience as an account manager, sales manager or project manager implementing software solutions. Experience from within the recruitment industry – specifically in-house/Recruitment Process outsourcing will also be considered.
  • Experience of working within an HR software/solutions provider or e-recruitment company would be preferable, but not essential.
  • Can demonstrate a sales focus, with a drive to grow revenues within a high-profile client base
  • Proven demonstrable track record of improving account relationships through relevant client satisfaction scores, and consistent achievement against targets
  • Willingness and ability to take the lead with high profile clients
  • Experience working with multiple internal key stakeholders across all areas of the business
  • Demonstrable experience of managing clients face to face through presentations, reviews and recommendations of solutions
  • Proven problem solving skills and ability to “find answers” to commercial questions and challenges
